The Senior Staff

The USS Ahwatukee's crew complement ranges between 1,000 to 6,000 personnel depending on the mission profile and parameters, with a maximum rated capacity of 15,000 souls (although some numbers calculate the ship's emergency capacity at 40,000 souls). 

The crew comprises Starfleet officers, enlisted personnel, mission specialists, civilian family members, and passengers. 

Personnel is allocated to three core divisions: Command, Services, and Sciences, and within each exists departments with specific specialties and focuses. Each department is headed by officers responsible for their department's administrative, operational, and logistical support. Collectively, these individuals are known as the senior staff or command crew. 

Our community focuses solely on the character development and progression of the senior staff. 

Aside from the roles listed below, possible additions may include the following: Chief Strategic Operations Officer, Mission Advisor, and Intelligence Specialist.
