Students with good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills, and an excellent ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data are encouraged to apply.

Job Description: Assessment interns will have the opportunity to experience different facets of C&C’s patents practice in India including Prosecution, Litigation, and Publications. The work during the internship shall entail research pertaining to relevant provisions and judicial precedents, drafting and preparing responses to First examination reports, drafting pleadings pertaining to patent oppositions as well as patent litigation disputes. 

Location: Gurugram 

Duration: January 2023 onwards

Stipend: Stipend following industry standards will be offered.

Screening process: Applicants would shortlisted by the firm. Shortlisted candidates shall go through multiple rounds of interviews with the firm, including (but not limited to) virtual interview(s), a written round, and a personal interview at the firm's head office. 

Selected candidates shall be expected to join as assessment interns during their last semester wherein they shall be assessed on their work until they graduate. They shall then be offered a full-time position with the firm upon graduation and successful completion of their internships.
