Please use this departmental directory below to locate who to best send your materials to.
188S Contracts are sent to your department's Student Affairs Adviser (SAA). They will enroll you into the contract course.
Scheduling requests for your 88S Seminars must be sent to the Departmental Scheduler.
188S Contracts
After you collect all the signatures needed on your 188SA (Fall), 188SB (Winter), and 188SC (Spring) contracts, please ensure the Student Affairs Adviser in your faculty mentor's home department enrolls you before the end of Week 2 to avoid any late fees on your Bruin Bill. Click here to access the directory of undergraduate advisors for 2022-2023 (TBA).*
*For students affiliated with the Education department (EDUC), please refer to this guideline on contract course creation specific to the department. For students affiliated with the Asian American studies dept, please refer to this guideline.
**Oftentimes, you do not need the signature of the department chair, because your department's Student Affairs Adviser (SAA) can sign on behalf of the chair for contract courses. Please consult with your department on their own procedures utilizing the directory above.

In the Winter quarter, the scheduler in your faculty mentor's department will help you with scheduling your 88S seminar in the Spring quarter. The contact information for your departments are also on the directory above.
