Multicultural Education Recruitment in Teaching
Data shows there is a large gap between the percentages of students of color and teachers of color in our community schools.
Research indicates that all students, and particularly students of color, benefit from having a diverse teaching force.
Educators can leverage cultural and community assets for the benefit of all students through thoughtful experiences.
