The Board of Directors serves as the primary management body for all matters outside of operations. It is responsible for guiding the overall direction of USEC, including story development, gameplay balance, community policy, modpack revisions, events, and other key decisions that shape the unit.

Each board member has specific areas of responsibility, overseeing part of USEC’s daily administration and ensuring smooth operation across all departments. They are also the best point of contact for any feedback, suggestions, or concerns from members, helping to ensure the unit remains transparent, responsive, and community-driven.
