Copyrights are designed to protect the rights of the copyright holders. They essentially protect the original work of the authorship, and they have rights to make copies of their original work and distribute them. 

Ethics refer to the moral principles that help guide a person's behavior. Ethics basically study what is morally right or wrong and they justify moral judgements.

Ethical issues are implemented in technology as it is important to constitute the conditions of human attitudes and their values, and it also constitute human behavior in technologies. 

Copyright is important as it helps to protect the value of someone's work. Audiovisual works such as TV shows, movies and online videos are copyrighted so that someone cannot access information.
