Founded in 2022, the Undergraduate Society of Black Leaders (USBL) is an organization that aims to equitize access to leadership and professional development for Black students. The organization’s vision is to build and mold leaders for tomorrow to create an equitable future for all.

MISSION & VISION

USBL serves as a coalition of students seeking to empower and uplift Black students through professional and leadership development. We aim to build inclusive leaders, connect communities, and bridge students to opportunities. Our vision is to develop and mold the leaders of tomorrow to create an equitable future for all. With programs critical to creating an equitable learning environment being sunsetted, USBL hopes to help fill those gaps and support the student body.
