Grow in Love

You will be able to look at the Grow in Love book, listen to the stories and songs, watch videos, light a virtual candle and leave prayers.

Week June 8th- 12th

This week we are looking at Theme 10: Grow in Love- Lesson 2 'Growing in Love'.

Watch the short video about following the law of love. You might recognise some of the 6th class girls from our school in it.

How can we grow in love? Can you think of some choices we can make to show our love for those who we care for? Play the interactive game about making choices good/bad choices.

Why not listen to the reflective music this week and make some special quiet time to reflect on how you have shown love to others this week? Don't forget to light a virtual candle in the prayer space for someone special.

Week June 2nd- 5th

This week we are looking at Theme 10: Grow in Love- Lesson 1 'Living in Love'.

Watch and discuss the story about how Jesus wanted us to love one another.

Can you think of special ways for us to show love to each other? This week why not design a poster to show how we can love one another as Jesus asked us to.

Together with your family visit the prayer space and light a virtual candle and share a way that you can show love to others. You are invited to pray the 'Our Father' together.

Week May 25th - 28th

This week we are looking at Theme 9: Creation- Lesson 2 'God made us...we are special'.

Watch and discuss the final story about God's Creations. Click on the ebook or use your workbook if you have collected it from school and complete pg. 52 and pg. 53.

This week there is a beautiful song called 'Circle of friends'. Have a listen to it and if you want you can say a special thank you to God for all of the friends that we have.

Together with your family visit the prayer space and light a virtual candle and share what you are thankful for. You are invited to pray the 'Glory Be to the Father' together.

Week May 18th - 22nd

This week we are looking at Theme 9: Creation- Lesson 1 'God Made the World'.

Watch and discuss the two stories about God's Creations. Click on the ebook and complete pg. 50 and pg. 51.

Why not listen to the reflective music this week and think about all of Gods's creations. We can say a special thank you for all the things we are grateful that God created.

Week May 11th - 15th

This week we are looking at Theme 8 (Jesus is Still With Us) Lesson 3 'Go and Share the Good News'.

Watch and discuss the videos about missionaries and spreading the good news of Jesus. Click on the ebook and complete pg 48 and pg 49.

As this month is May it is important to remember this month that we are celebrating Mary. Why not create a May alter at home?

In the prayer space this week why not click on some of the prayers that we have learned and pray together with your family.

Week May 5th - 8th

This week we are looking at Theme 8 (Jesus is Still With Us) Lesson 2 'I Will Send A Helper'.

Don't forget about lighting a virtual candle in the prayer space if you want to say a special prayer for anybody.
