I started my business in 2010, working from commercial premises in Lisburn city centre. I trained and qualified in Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage, and Aromatherapy at The Academy of Complementary Therapies, and more recently earned accreditation in Reflexology for Menopause and Mindful Reflexology with Sally Earlam.
In those earlier years, I focused on reflexology and therapeutic massage for people with back pain. I had scoliosis as a teenager and underwent major surgery to correct the curve. This experience gave me empathy for others with back pain, and I wanted to help them feel more comfortable and supported in their bodies.
In 2020, however, I decided to work from home and set up a professional studio focusing on reflexology for women's health and wellbeing. Supporting women through different stages of life is something I truly care about, and my treatments are gentle, tailored, and guided by what each client needs in the moment.
I live in a wee Victorian terrace house, and even though it’s not tucked away in the countryside, I’ve done my best to make the studio calm and welcoming, where you can take a little time out just for yourself.
Outside of work, I love hiking along our stunning coastline, especially when it’s cold and rugged. Being by the sea makes me feel so alive, calmer, and grateful—it’s my happy place! I also enjoy reading, upcycling old furniture, and buying antiques. (Nerdy, I know) :)
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about how reflexology can help you or if you would like to book an appointment.
