In the “Cultural Road” project carried out by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, architectural and historically important buildings in and near the center were identified and an inventory list was created. From this list, must-visit buildings were identified and the “Cultural Road” project was prepared as a route connecting these buildings. Our team “UrbanSense AI Lab” worked on and developed a mobile application for this “Cultural Road” project in Kayseri city center in order to ensure that cultural richness and historical buildings are better perceived by local and foreign users and to make it easier to visit. This application was prepared with a design approach that allows user-friendly use and an infrastructure that allows access outside the internet. The stops defined in the Culture Road Project are displayed on the mobile application, and the history, architectural features, photographs and information on what to do there are made accessible. The application is currently available on android-based phones as “Kültür Yolu Kayseri”. 

Both android and ios based applications for Kayseri “Koramaz Valley” and “Kültepe Ruins” are in progress. The application has a similar approach to the Culture Road Kayseri application, but Koramaz Valley and Kültepe Ruins will be handled in a common interface. The content created together with Kültepe & Koramaz & Cappadocia Association is still under construction.
