*Please note that for Shriner’s visits you must bring your photo ID to sign in. They also require a copy of your ATD card and your flu shot record for the current year). If you would like an ID badge for your dog, a .jpg image of your dog can be sent to them.
*Note that for the Patewood visit, there is a limit of 5 people/dogs and you must have signed up ahead of time. There will be 1-hour or 2-hour shifts. If it is your first visit at Patewood, please ask Childlife representative to go over the rules for this visit with you.
