After creating my reflection story board, I wasn't sure that a story board was the best way to reflect on my design process. The story board lacks a display of me struggling to figure out a tangible, valuable incentive for teachers to include in my prototype. Incentivizing choosing appropriate instructional technology by removing lesson plan submissions for successful teachers was an idea that came to me after a couple days of pondering and discussing with fellow teachers. I came to the conclusion that most teachers, especially those who prove to thoughtfully select media, write lesson plans regardless of if they're required or not, so teachers being prepared would probably not be an issue. I think the real incentive is removing a task from their work week.
Another aspect of my reflection that is not displayed in the comic strip is what I would do differently. In the future, I would collaborate more with teachers throughout the process, especially before developing the first prototype. I found throughout the design process that peer collaboration was crucial in creating a plan that would be beneficial and positive for all parties involved.
