Securly SSL Certificate - Chrome

Issue: You need to install the the Securly SSL certificate in Chrome

Solution: To install the the Securly SSL certificate in Chrome, open the Chrome browser type "chrome://settings" into the address bar and press enter.

Chromebook

1. Click on Show advanced settings shown highlighted below
2. Under HTTPS/SSL click on Manage certificates
3. Click on the Authorities tab
4. Click on Import
5. Import the "securly_self_signed_cert_exp_20200130.pem" file by selecting the file and clicking Open
6. Under Certificate authority > Edit trust settings > check all three trust options
7. Click OK
8. Verify the SSL certificate: Issued To "*.securly.com" is installed.

Windows OS

1. Click on Show advanced settings shown highlighted below (alternatively attached to this KB article is "Securly SSL Windows.exe" which will automate this install process")
2. Under HTTPS/SSL click on Manage certificates
3. Click on the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab
4. Click on Import
5. Import the "securly_SHA-256.crt" file
6. Verify the SSL certificate: Issued To "*.securly.com" is installed.
