The City of Coopersville Planning Commission will meet tonight, February 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM at City Hall. The agenda includes a site plan review for a new business, the formal kick-off for updating the city's Master Plan, and the review of the Planning Commission’s 2024 Annual Report.

The Planning Commission will review a proposal for a 13,340-square-foot Ace Hardware retail building on a 1.07-acre vacant parcel at 71 Conran Dr.

📖 Master Plan Update Kick-Off
Tonight’s discussion is not a review or approval of any changes to the Master Plan. This is the official kick-off to begin the process of updating the city's long-term vision for growth. The planning firm McKenna will present their plan for how they will proceed, outline next steps, and provide a rough timeline if the Planning Commission approves moving forward.

📑 2024 Planning Commission Annual Report
The Commission will review the annual report summarizing planning activities from the past year before forwarding it to the City Council.
