Members shall include persons who hail from the province of Quezon or have familial roots that can be traced back to the said province or residing in the province for at least six (6) months and have obtained degrees, titles, or certificates from any academic unit of the University of the Philippines, or who have completed at least 60 academic units and have not been dismissed from the University for misconduct or academic deficiency.
DUTIES OF A MEMBER:
To pay chapter annual dues;
To attend the annual general assembly; and
To participate in at least one (1) activity of UPAAQ in a year, other than the annual general assembly.
