This is a week-long service caravan tailored to meet the needs of a fourth or fifth class munipality in Quezon. Services include Medical & Veterinary Missions,
Legal Services & Youth Trainings. Other services from partners were Dive Site Exploration and Dental Mission. Previous IKOT were done at Pitogo, Mulanay and Sampaloc. Next year, UPAAQ plans to bring IKOT at Alabat.

Our version of e-Kapihan intending to contribute to the development of UPAAQ members. Each quarterly session can be about health, law, agriculture or anything that interests most of the members. Past topics have talked about easy meal preparations, contemporary art, waterfalls in Quezon and even Estate Planning.
