To consolidate the ranks and strengthen the bond among the UP alumni in Quezon Province;

To contribute to the University in performing its vital role in the development of Quezon and  of  the Philippine society;

To organize the members’ collective efforts in assisting their Alma Mater in the fulfillment of its academic mission as a world-class institution for tertiary education.

To promote undertakings of general or particular interests that shall be beneficial to the association at large, the chapter and its members, and the common good.

To contribute to the professional and personal development of the members of the chapter.
