The Canadian Collegiate Softball Association (CCSA) is the governing body for university and collegiate softball in Canada. It consists of representatives from the:
• Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA)
• Ontario Intercollegiate Women’s Fastpitch Association (OIWFA)
• Western Collegiate Softball Association (WCSA)
Every year the CCSA National Championship is held with the top 8 teams from across Canada.
Western Collegiate Softball Association
UofS Women's Softball competes in the Western Collegiate Softball Association WCSA). Teams Include:
• University of Saskatchewan (Saskatoon)
• University of Regina Cougars (Regina)
• University of Calgary Dinos (Calgary)
• Mount Royal University (Calgary)
• University of Lethbridge Pronghorns (Lethbridge)
• University of British Columbia Heat (Kelowna)
• University of Victoria Vikes (Victoria)
Two teams (3 if hosting) represent the WCSA at the CCSA National Championship each year:
