Balmore Giron
Alyssa Sarvadi was responsible for organizing group tasks throughout the project as well as performing design calculations, working on 3D modeling, organizing cost data, working on the full system schematic & instrumentation, as well as creating the testing plan for the system. Alyssa plans to continue research on air revitalization systems for their M.A. and thesis work as a NASA Space Technology Graduate Researcher starting in August, 2020.
Balmore Giron was responsible for performing design calculations, reaching out to vendors, as well as fabricating and assembling of the system prior to COVID-19. Balmore plans to pursue a M.A. in mechanical and energy engineering with a concentration on thermal and fluid sciences at the University of North Texas, starting August 2020.
Hannah Whitehead was responsible for developing a marketing plan, determining safety and risk management plans for testing, working on the 3D model for nozzles, refining the full system schematic, as well as the fabrication and assembly that occurred prior to COVID-19. Hannah recently accepted a job at Raytheon, starting in June and will continue doing 3D CAD design work. Additionally, she wants to get her Master's in Aerospace Engineering.
Nick Frease was responsible for designing and modeling the separator in CAD, implementing calculations into the design, and fabricating and assembling the system prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Nick plans to continue his study of mechanical design at the University of North Texas for his master's degree, starting August 2020.
Fernando Primo was responsible for assisting in fabrication and assembly of the system prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fernando will be pursuing the completion of his FE and PE through BNSF while working in Engineering Management starting in June of 2020.
