In this project an efficient and power saving HVAC is designed with the aim of solving the most common problems faced in residential structures such as family homes, apartments and even medium and large offices including skyscrapers . The aim is to design a system for safe and healthy conditions of living through regulation of various environmental conditions such a humidity, air quality and the temperature of the surrounding for Drever Building, Downtown Texas. The software used for the design, calculations and selection of the components for this project is the AutoCAD software. The VRF HVAC that was designed, was fabricated, tested and marketed through online sytem and through Mr. Yaneys help.
