By downloading or using Unsent Letters (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), which form a legal agreement between you and [Your Company Name] (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Unsent Letters is a private journaling app that helps users write letters they never intend to send. Features include emotional tagging, vault privacy, writing streaks, guided prompts, and symbolic actions such as “Burn” or “Send to the Universe.” Some features are free, while others require a one-time or subscription-based upgrade to Premium.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
The App includes optional in-app purchases, such as:
Premium (monthly, yearly, or lifetime): Unlocks all features (e.g., Vault, Burn, Get Closure AI)
All purchases are processed via Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. We do not offer refunds for purchases made through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
All letters and journal entries you create are private and stored securely on your device unless you choose to back them up or sync them using Apple services. We do not access, view, or collect your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create. Please do not use the app to store or share illegal, abusive, or harmful material.

Certain symbolic actions (e.g., “Burn,” “Send to the Universe,” “Get Closure”) are intended for emotional expression only. They do not send, share, or communicate data outside your device unless you explicitly allow it.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the App.
Use the App for commercial or malicious purposes.
Share or publish another user's content without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the app or using the app’s internal deletion options.
Unsent Letters is intended for personal reflection and emotional well-being. It is not a replacement for professional mental health services.
We provide the App “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, data loss, or emotional outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or via update notes. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
