App isn’t saving my letters?
All letters are stored locally on your device. Make sure you haven’t deleted the app or cleared device storage. We recommend backing up your device regularly.
Can I retrieve a burned letter?
No — the Burn feature is symbolic and permanent. Once a letter is burned, it cannot be recovered. Please use with intention.
Why can’t I access Vault letters?
Vault access is a Premium feature. Once unlocked, you’ll need to enable Face ID / Touch ID on your device to use it.
Get Closure (AI) isn’t responding?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
Do you see or store my letters?
No. Your letters are 100% private and stored only on your device. We do not collect, view, or share your writing.
Is there a cloud backup?
We do not use our own cloud services. However, if you use iCloud device backup, your letters are included in the system backup.
Can I export or print my letters?
Not yet — but export options are planned for a future update.
We do not show ads.
We do not collect personal data from your letters.
