Teaching System

In every discoveries, there is always a lesson. The curriculum of each schools and adapt some curriculum made it more powerful in such a way that it is not just the teachers who are capable of managing things, but also they learned from it. As my observation and teaching assistantship, their teaching system is a bridge for them to communicate, foster diverse needs of the learners, and maintaining their goals in which it is anchored the life of the learners, interest of each of them, the personal development skills, cognitive skills, enhancing life long core memories with more valuable lessons that they can apply to the future. 

Every moment, very well spent. I had a dream that someday I will apply all my learnings to a different school. In this school, it is not just only focusing on how to manage behaviors, how to teach them to sit properly nor listen to what's the teachers trying to say, but also to enlighten and bring up the best in them using the teaching system, providing approaches like communicative express, cognitive process, and cooperative learning ideas.
