One of my keys to teaching is to understand each and everyone. Teaching method is not just only on how to strategize things in order to achieve your learning goals and objectives. The teacher is the greatest contributor to a learner's level in processing. If the learners are presented by questions that are in high order of thinking skills, the learners is much likely to answer in a more critical way. And if the learners were asked questions that are in low order thinking skills, the answer would be the obvious things.

The teachers play an important role in molding young people. They serve as a role model and sometimes learners initiate and idolize them. In teaching-learning process, teachers should never forget to direct the learning of his/her learners using his/her lesson objectives.

Cognitive Process- Concepts of the Subject, Mathematics
Psychomotor Skills- Sorting and Counting the Stars
Valuable lesson- Group activities while sitting on the floor.
When it comes to mind, what are my strengths and weaknesses? I used this as my instrument on how to teach these young learners.
The school have a lot of resources when it comes to materials, books, and even technologies that can be used in integrating the teaching-learning process. Furthermore, using technologies may varied things differently. In teaching, you must be prepared for the outcomes. Think fast. The school uses technologies and traditional way of teaching that makes me excite more because I'm into arts. Overall, the school provides healthy and resourceful way that learners enjoy to think, to see, and to listen.
I discover about this school that assessment tasks and learning outcomes are aligned. They are congruent to each other because the teaching-learning process in successful. All the behavioral methods in the learning goals are realized in the classroom discussions. the activities are intended base on the learning outcomes of the lessons in which they are all well done by the learners and teachers.
In SLB Negeri Surakarta, there are two types of assessments also, the informal and formal assessment.
A great deal of information can be learned from learners' homework, test and quizzes. This is especially so if the learners are required to explain their thinking.
