Welcome to Unmasked (“the App”), owned and operated by Unmasked Innovations (PTY) LTD
(“we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading,
accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
• The App is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• You agree to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Use of the App
The App provides personality-based insights and analysis for informational and entertainment
purposes only.
You agree to:
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not misuse, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
3. User Accounts
• Some features require account registration
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time purchase to unlock full features.
• Payments are processed through:
o Google Play Billing (Android)
o Apple App Store (iOS)
We do not collect or store payment details.
Prices are clearly displayed before purchase.
Digital Content Access
Upon successful payment:
• Access to premium content is granted immediately
• You acknowledge that digital content delivery begins instantly
Where permitted by law, this may affect your right to withdraw from the purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the platform provider:
• Google Play → subject to Google’s refund policies
• Apple App Store → subject to Apple’s refund policies
We cannot issue refunds directly unless required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including:
• Text
• Designs
• Branding
• Questionnaires
• Analysis logic
is owned or licensed by Unmasked Innovations (PTY) LTD.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
6. Disclaimer
The App provides insights for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only.
It does not constitute:
• Medical advice
• Psychological advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
You should seek qualified professionals where appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
