Mod managers are simple tools that can help you load any modification that you want to your game. However, all mod managers are different! Some hold mods for a certain game, while others only load mods for games developed using a certain engine. Unity Mod Manager is the latter type and can hold almost all mods for games developed using the Unity engine.
