On 1 November, Qatar and the Lead Nation signed their Technical Arrangement for Lead Nation Support.
Then, on 15 November, two Joint Implementation Arrangements (JIA)—including Statements of Requirements (SOR) —were signed:
one with the Host Nation, the Republic of Almazia, for Host Nation Support;
and another with the Lead Nation for logistical and operational support.
