• Soldiers must obtain commander/supervisor approval prior to using TA and CA.

• Commissioned officers (01-10) are no longer eligible for CA (Enlisted Soldiers and Warrant officers remain eligible).

• Soldiers with two recoupments in the same FY will be suspended from both TA and CA for 12 months.
