Below are resources if you need representation/protection for your religious rights. Make sure you also speak to the Trial Defense Service (TDS) and Chaplain regarding any issues you have. Note that I do not have much personal experience with these organizations and being listed here does not constitute my endorsement.
Suicide Help Line: call 988 extension 1
Military Crisis Line: call 800-273-TALK (8255)
DoD Safe Helpline Sexual Assault Support: call 877-995-5247 or https://www.safehelpline.org/
Military One Source: 800-342-9647 or https://www.militaryonesource.mil/. In essence this resource exists to answer military related questions, and offers some counseling services.
CAUTION- All counselors and support personnel outside of the Chaplain Corps are held to mandatory reporting legal requirements. This means that if you admit to a crime or intent to commit a crime they may be required to contact law enforcement. Army Chaplains are the only protected class excluded federally from all mandatory reporting requirements while performing their religious duties in an Army context. Talk to your JAG or Chaplain for more details.
