CONCERT BAND

Concert Band is the main ensemble for UCHS. Students in this ensemble will be exposed to a variety of concert band pieces that push themselves to become better musicians. Throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to audition and perform with honor bands such as Quad-State (Murray State University), Western Kentucky University, and our districts KMEA Honor Band. In addition to the honor band, students will have the opportunity to perform in KMEA's Solo & Ensembles in the spring. Concert Band students are required to perform at the Winter Concert, Spring Concert, and at graduation.
