âEven the best of candidate will fail, if the answer key is wrong or questions are out of syllabusâ
The thing is you can prepare well, you will know all the right answers ,we did too, we are here because UPSC gave wrong answers in their official answer key. Now imagine you study all year, but donât qualify because UPSC made an error.Â

Their blunders are of epic proportion (Atish Mathur, Siddharth Arora tweet)
The issue here is not about working hard , itâs about not adhering to prescribed syllabus mentioned in UPSC notification.
When you have a sample of 5 lakh students, in objective format, you can ask any random topic, like body building or music theory. We can be pretty sure a lot of people would know about those things because of their background or inclinations,. But that is not what an ideal candidate is supposed to prepare, that is not what shall decide who can qualify and who can not.
If you give CSAT next year and they ask questions on Coding, wouldnât you feel cheated ? Wouldnât you agree that people with B-Tech in Computer Science were given an upper hand, just like people from IIT and MBA were given an upper hand in CSAT 2023 ?

Letâs talk facts.
2020 - Aspirants missed their chance because of Corona, it struck everyone by surprise.
2021 - Second wave, still no consideration by UPSC.
2022 - Wrong answer key, the careers destroyed here is unforgivable.
2023 - Out of Syllabus questions in CSAT, no grave marks or rectification.
The issue is they do whatever they want and are getting away with it. In 2024, they can ask you any random topic and when you confront them, they will respond by outright denial of any existence of such issue.
âFool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.â
Yeah, about that, try filing a case and unless you have some big guns behind you you wonât be heard, the delays in judicial proceedings, UPSCâs deliberate delaying tactics, etc.
This time we have a strong lawyer team with Salman Khurshid sir at the helm and strong points to argue on merits.
Thatâs what we are facing, people assume they didn't have it in them so they are screaming, but we have enough evidence and facts to support our case. We just want to be heard and in a democracy, we are heard by having numbers.Â
We ask you to support our cause not for us, but for your remaining attempts and your hard work which shouldnât go down drain because someone in UPSC didnât know how to do their job properly.
