Email template
In order to communicate in a unified way, it is important that all staff use the same e-mail signature.
Please update your email settings with this new signature including the new UNDRR logo.
Simply follow the instructions below when copying the email signature into your Outlook:
- Download the Word Document
- Update your e-mail signature with your personal information - please fill out all the information except for the mobile phone, which is optional
- Copy the entire block
- Open your Outlook client (not the Web version)
- Under Message, select Signature
- Under Edit Signature, paste your e-mail signature

UNDRR_PPT_Template.potxThe PPT template has been updated with the new logo and contains brief statements about the organisation's objectives, the Sendai Framework and DRR.
Please use this template for all external presentations.
2. Open it and click "Save as template"
This will place the template into your Office template folder. You can then create new presentations by clicking File > New from template and then selecting the Personal link next to "Featured".

The report covers have been updated with the new logos. There is a "classic" and "modern" version of the report covers to choose from.
