Filippo Ferrari is Assistant Professor (Ricercatore a tempo determinato tipo B) at the University of Bologna. He was awarded his PhD in Philosophy in 2014 by the Northern Institute of Philosophy, University of Aberdeen, with a thesis on disagreement and the normativity of truth. He held post-doctoral positions in philosophy at the Universities of Aberdeen (Leverhulme Trust), Bonn (DFG), and Padova (STARS@UniPd). He is a member of various international research centres such as Cogito, Inductive Metaphysics, The Virtual International Consortium for Truth Research, and the founder and coordinator of two international networks: BoBoPa and Euphilo. He has published numerous scientific articles in high-ranked peer-reviewed journals and is the author of two books: "Truth and Norms" and "Verità e Post-Verità: Dall'indagine alla Post-Indagine" (with Sebastiano Moruzzi). SI, currently the Principal Investigator of a PRIN PNRR project titled “Understanding Scientific Disagreement”.
