Create a detailed timeline of operations leading up to Underpression’s events
Create a structured schedule of Underpression’s events
Obtain and allocate resources (e.x. supplies, venues) towards Underpression’s initiatives

Design social media posts and website material to advertise Underpression’s events
Work closely with social media coordination to ensure graphics represent Underpression’s brand
Create posters, artwork, and videos to be used in Underpression’s events
Take photos and videos at Underpression’s events

Create and oversee a budget for Underpression's operations
Manage cash transactions for Underpression’s events (e.x. ticket sales, logistical spendings)
Obtain funds for Underpression’s initiatives by applying to grants and coordinating fundraisers
Obtain sponsorship donations (monetary funds, food/beverages, merchandize) for Underpression’s initiatives and communicates with sponsors to ensure
