A tool for practicing speed reading and analyzing text reading speed.
To begin, first upload your text. This can be done in a couple of ways: by pasting text from your device's clipboard into the input field or by uploading a txt file from your device using the "Upload.txt File(s)" button. If you select multiple files using the latter option, you can switch between them using the "Upload files to select them here" dropdown menu.
After uploading your text, you can edit it if needed and then navigate to the desired reading practice page:
Normal Reading Mode v1 — A speed reading test. This page allows you to read a text while a timer runs, after which you can see your numerical results.
Normal Reading Mode v2 — A tool for reading at a specific speed. After choosing a reading speed, you can configure a marker that moves through the text, helping you practice speed reading.
RSVP Reading Mode — In this mode, you can also set your reading speed using the RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technique, where text is presented one word at a time.
CPM stands for characters per minute, while WPM is words per minute (this mode provides approximate values).
