BLESSING ONYINYECHUKWU UMUNNAH, hails from Ezi town, Aniocha North L.G.A, Delta State, Nigeria. Born on the 27th of April, 1971. A Lecturer in the Department of Journalism and Media Studies, Faculty of Humanities, Federal University Otuoke.

She has attended several academic conferences and workshops and some of her works have appeared in reputable national and international journals.
A passionate lover cum children pastor, she anchors Children Bible Fellowship(NGO), seated
in the heart of Otuoke, where children are groomed with love, sound ethical morals and the fear of
God, so they will not deviate from it when they are grown.
Research interests: Development Communication, African Systems: Using the media as catalyst for national development, specifically, societal development.
