In Niels Bohr's model, the atom is stable through three particles – a perfect analogue of the three pillars in the U-Model, where quantum orbits and ground states prevent chaos and collapse: The U-Model answers fundamental questions about sustainability through three pillars – a universal survival coordinate system (analogous to atomic structure):
What? –--> Form (Code – denial of harm)
Defines structure and boundaries – “what the system is”. Passive protection, hardening of form (like the electron). No harm – prevents destruction of good structures and collapse. Ground state = minimal chaos.
Where? –--> Location, relation (Credo – net benefit)
Defines position and contribution – “where it is in space” (like the proton – center of mass, identity). Active contribution (resources, energy, development). Gives “where” it is in UMSG space – role, level, relations with others.
What does it do? –--> Right expectations, actions reducing chaos (Rights – justice)
Defines actions and balance – “what the system does” (like the neutron – balancer). Reduces entropy (conflicts, chaos) through fair expectations and regulated interactions. Creates a regulatory distance between charges and ensures long-term stability.
Result: The atom (society) survives long through regulated structure – ground state = minimal chaos, maximal stability.
U-Score.info – the unified metric: measures how well a system (human, organization, society, AI) answers these three questions. It is one indicator of long-term survival. Regardless of money or power, only the contribution in the three axes matters.
