These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of umrahpro website, located at umrahpro.com By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use umrahpro.com if you do not agree to take all these terms and conditions stated on this page. Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts.
general terms and conditions
All the rights of the content published on umrahpro OTA B2B/B2C are reserved to The Platform , including but not limited to : any text , image , icons , logos , trademarks , video/audio media , links published in The Platform.
The Customer is not allowed to copy , transfer , reuse without modifications , reuse with modifications any of the mentioned above content published in The Platform.
The Platform grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. You shall not make reservation in the name of fictitious person.
The Customer hereby agrees that he/she shall not at any time distribute, resell, cross-sell, or permit access to the Services to any third party, permit multiple end users to access the Services using shared login credentials (i.e., a shared email address and password) and the terms contained in this Agreement.
The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend The Customer ability to use or access the Services (or a part of the Services) at any time while The Platform investigates complaints or alleged violations of this Agreement, or for any other reason. Further, it shall also have the ability to prohibit or restrict The Customer from using the Services if The Platform, in its opinion, feels that The Customer is misusing the Services in any manner whatsoever.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of any data requested by the Platform online forms or the Platform support team through all communications channels of online website forms, email messages , social media , call center tickets /calls or direct phone calls.
The Customer understands that any deviation between provided information and actual legal papers (National Identity documents, Passports , Medical Certificates , Medical Status Reports , and/or Medical Vaccination Information) will lead to service failure (denial of service) with no responsibility on the Platform , and yet it may result in penalties owned by the Customer based on the case , and based on the terms and conditions of the Regulator , The Platform as well as the Provider.
The Platform is not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of its pages, links or any linked website pages to the extent such information is updated or provided directly by The Provider or The GDS (data which comes through electronic integration with MAQAM GDS with no interference or data manipulation of the platform).
The Customer understands that the Platform by default adhere to the Regulator and based on that the Customer must adhere to the same , as per the laws and regulations set by the Regulator as well as the general Laws inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Platform also retains full rights to change/ add or edit any part or whole of Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
Umrahpro hotels services Terms conditions
The Platform acts as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the User to select and book a particular hotel as per The Customer selection. Hotels in this context includes all categories of accommodations such as hotels, apartments, bed and breakfast stays and any other alternate accommodations.
All the information pertaining to the hotel including the category of the hotel, images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the hotel are as per the information provided by The Provider through electronic integration with The GDS till it reaches The Platform. Any discrepancy that may exist between the website pictures and actual settings of the hotel shall be raised by The Customer directly to the Provider (The hotel in this case) , or further escalated to The GDS. The Platform will have no responsibility in that process of resolution and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the Transportation Service Booked Route and accuracy of number of passengers , and to make sure the service meets the schedule of other services of Flight , hotels and others.
The Customer may book a hotel/room as part of umrah trip , where other services would be required as mandatory part of the umrah trip. The Customer to make sure of the other services timeline and dependencies i.e. Flight tickets, Umrah Visa, transportation and ground services are all booked correctly with no conflicts and scheduled as requested.
Hotel Rooms that marked “Non-Refundable” in the search results, means that once hotel/room is booked and confirmed , the full amount is charged and can’t be refunded back to The Customer.
The hotel booking voucher which The Platform issues to The Customer is solely based on the information provided or updated by The Provider regarding the inventory availability. In no circumstances can The Platform be held liable for failure on part of a hotel to accommodate the user with a confirmed booking, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services, or any other service related issues all at The Provider ownership (The Hotel). The Customer has the service voucher which is a legal official document guarantee the rights of the Customer at the hotel site.
The liability of The Platform in case of denial of check-in by a hotel for any reason what-so-ever including over-booking, system or technical errors, or unavailability of rooms etc., will be limited to either providing a similar alternate accommodation at the discretion of The Platform (subject to availability at that time), or refunding the booking amount (to the extent paid) to The Customer based on the terms and conditions. Any other service-related issues should be directly resolved by The Customer and The Provider (The Hotel).
"Hotels reserves the sole right of admission process and The Platform has no say whatsoever in admission or denial for admission by the hotel.
The Customer would be liable to make good any damage(s) caused by any act of him/ her/ or their accompanying guests (willful/negligent) to the property of the hotel in any manner whatsoever. The extent and the amount of the damage so caused would be determined by the concerned hotel. The Platform would not, in any way, intervene in the same.
Check-in time, check-out time, and any changes in those timings, will be as per hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
Any service requested by the Customer on service site where it is was not mentioned clearly in the service voucher and booking details, has needs to be chargeable and owned by the Customer directly.
In case of “No Show” without prior service cancellation earlier than the hotel cancellation period, the service is considered fully charged and non refundable.
Hotel Services is applicable to modify/cancel before umrah visa issuance and before the exact booked hotel cancellation deadline, where it is subject to management fees charges and other Non refundable charges set by the Regulator i.e. electronic services charges and umrah visa charges
umrahpro transportations services termes and conditions
The Platform only provides a web platform that connects travelers and transportation operators. It doesn’t own or operate any Car / transfers or offer the service of transportation to The Customer.
The booking voucher which The Platform issues to a user is solely based on the information provided or updated by the transportation operator (The Provider) regarding the availability.
The amenities, routes, fares, schedule, seat availability and any other details pertaining to this service are provided by the respective operators / providers (The Provider). Where The Platform has no control over such information provided by the provider.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the Transportation Service Booked Route and accuracy of number of passengers , and to make sure the service meets the schedule of other services of Flight , hotels and others.
The Customer understands that the “additional services” is charged separately in addition to the booked route.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy published along each Transportation Service selected by The Customer. The Platform doesn’t proceed the booking process unless The Customer confirms that he has read and accepted the cancellation policy related to the selected Transportation.
The Customer understands that It may not be possible to modify the Transportation Service (Vehicle Type , Category or Capacity) and/or the additional services based on the timing of modification request and as per the possibility checked by the support team with “Maqam GDS” business rules.
The Platform shall not be responsible for the following (In stead it is The Provider Responsibility) :
Conduct of transportation operator's employees, representatives or agents.
The condition of the fleet, seats etc. not being up to the customer's expectation or as per the description provided by the operator.
Cancellation of the trip due to any reasons.
Loss or damage of the baggage of the customer.
Operator informing a wrong boarding point for the issuance of the booking confirmation voucher or changing such boarding point eventually with or without any notification to The Platform or The Customer.
Operator using a separate pick-up vehicle to transport The Customer from the designated boarding point to the actual place of departure of the fleet.
Should any case above happens , (B2B Version) The Customer to directly contact The Umrah Agency assisted him in the booking at his home country side , where this agency will do the necessary contact with the local service provider. In B2C version , The individual Customer to contact the local service provider to solve the problem and inform The Platform support team to assist (ownership at The Provider).
umrahpro umrah visas services and terms conditions
The Customer is fully responsible for his/her arrival/departure to/from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as per the booked timelines. The Customer owns any penalties or services denial caused by late departure.
The Platform is responsible for data processing of umrah visa applications (in B2C version), submission / redirecting The Customer to the Visa website (B2B version) and returning the umrah e-visa status back to The Customer email.
It must be noted that the grant or refusal of umrah visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and The Platform is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by the Embassy, which reserves the right to ask for further documentation and to refuse the visa application.
The Customer agrees that the Umrah Visa charges, once paid , are not refundable based on The Regulator laws.
Umrah Visa might be rejected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs according to different reasons. The Customer hereby understands that if the Umrah Visa is rejected, the rejection action is governmental and beyond the authority of The Platform, where The Platform is not liable for such rejection or its subsequences. However , our support team may assist The Customer in second try or to guide The Customer to the correct procedure to check and problem and solve it.
In case of Umrah Trip including multiple services and where the Umrah Visa permanently rejected , The Platform Team will do their best within the limitations of each service cancellation policy to refund as much as possible to The Customer.
The Customer understands that if he has provided wrong information in the Visa application forms , or to the support team though any digital or non-digital methods , then the Customer owns any penalties or charges may result in from all services because of Umrah Visa rejection or service denial.
The Platform shall not be responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising due to your failure to obtain the appropriate visa or clear any immigration obligations that you may have.
umrahpro ground services terms and conditions
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the Ground Services package and to make sure the service timeline meets the schedule of other services of Flight , hotels and others.
The Customer understands that the “additional services” is charged separately in addition to the booked (selected) ground services.
The Customer is requested to read the Ground Services terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with booking. The Platform merely acts as a facilitator to enable customers to book the Ground service.
The Customer understands that the Ground Services might not be refundable based on The Regulator business rules and regulations.
