Loading Dock Entrance:

In order to enter through the loading dock, you will need to get to the north side of the building where parking lot 4b is located. In the southeast corner of the parking lot, before you reach the large staircase into the building, there are stairs which go down into the loading dock of the building. Take these stairs down and walk towards the large rolling gate. On the right side of the large rolling gate there are two doors, one black door on the building and one glass door to its right, on a vestibule attached to the building. Next to the black door is a button to call for the door to be unlocked. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm, the call box attendant may no longer be available. At that time you can call our office to be let in.

The door which unlocks is the glass door, and you can then enter the building. Enter the warehouse to the left of the loading dock (0421; Receiving) until you reach our office (0407).

Pavilion Entrance:

You can enter the building through the pavilion (Gates C and D) from about 8:30 am until about 5:00 pm every weekday. After 5:00 pm, please use the Loading Dock entrance to reach our office. In addition, if there is an event taking place at the Xfinity Center, security may not let you in and you may need to use the loading dock entrance.

If you enter through the Pavilion in either direction, you will need to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and walk towards gate B until you can see the entrance to the stadium seats. Then take the freight elevator (near section 109, behind red doors which say 'Authorized Employees Only') down to G. This is the only way to get from the "Ground" floor of the Pavilion to the "Ground" floor of Xfinity proper. Our office is through the black double doors immediately on your right as you exit the elevator (0407 - Commissary Kitchen).
