A Symphony of Spice and Skill: My Internship Adventure in Indonesia

Hi, I’m Charissa Mae R. Riagon, from Otol-Patac, San Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. A fourth year college student at University of Northern Philippines. A student with a passion in teaching. In this blog, I’ll take you on a journey through my (sometimes chaotic, always memorable) internship in Malang—where learning new skills is only half the adventure. The other half? Trying to master Indonesian slang, bonding over bowls of nasi goreng (fried rice), and trying not to get caught in the rain (spoiler alert: I’m not very good at that).
