The Ultimate Reviewer Series is a comprehensive mobile study platform designed to help you prepare for professional licensure examinations.

Download: Get the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Sign In: Sign in quickly using Google account.
Permissions: Grant necessary permissions when prompted (e.g., notifications, storage).
Tutorial: Complete the short tutorial to learn the basic features.
Start Studying! Choose flashcards, practice quizzes, or the study timer to begin your review.
Force close the app completely (swipe away from recent apps).
Restart your device.
Update to the latest app version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Check your internet connection (initial sync is required after install).
Clear app cache (Android only): Go to Settings → Apps → Ultimate Reviewer App → Storage → Clear Cache. (This action does NOT delete your study data).
If still crashing, uninstall and reinstall. Your study data syncs back from the cloud after signing in.
Please check both your device and in-app settings:
Device Settings Checks:
App Permission (Android): Go to Settings → Apps → Ultimate Reviewer App → Notifications and make sure it is Enabled.
App Permission (iOS): Go to Settings → Ultimate Reviewer App → Notifications and tap Allow Notifications.
Battery Optimization (Android only): Go to Settings → Battery → Battery Optimization. Find the app and select Don't optimize or Unrestricted. This prevents Android from stopping background tasks.
Quiet Hours / Do Not Disturb: Ensure your device is not in Do Not Disturb or a scheduled Quiet Hours mode at the notification time.
In-App Settings Checks:
Open the app, go to Settings → Flashcards → Notifications.
Ensure Enable Notifications is turned ON.
Verify that the notification time and Days of Week are set correctly.
Check the Notify only if due and Minimum Cards Threshold settings. If the threshold is too high, the notification won't show.
Still not working? Try to sign out and sign back in, and then toggle the notifications setting off and on again.
Quiz results save locally, but they need to sync to the cloud to appear in your history.
Internet Connection: Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data. Pull down on the home screen to force a sync.
Not Signed In: Go to Settings and ensure you are properly signed in. Sign out and sign back in to refresh the connection.
App Needs Update: Update to the latest version from the Play Store/App Store.
Verification: Check the Build Your Confidence screen. Completed sections should show a confidence percentage, and session history should appear under each subject.
Wait 5-10 Minutes: Sometimes activation has a brief delay. Force close and reopen the app after waiting.
Restore Purchases: Go to Settings → Subscription → Tap Already purchased? Restore.
Check Correct Account: Verify you are signed in with the same Google/Apple account that was used for the original purchase.
Verify Purchase: Check your Google Play Subscriptions or Apple Subscriptions in your device settings to confirm the plan is currently active.
Check Connection: Premium verification requires a stable internet connection.
Still not working? Email support with your purchase receipt/order number, account email, and platform (Android/iOS).
The AI Study Assistant (Chat) is exclusively a Pro-only feature.
If you see an upgrade prompt, you will need to upgrade to Pro to unlock unlimited chat access, as Free and Premium tiers do not include it.
If you have Pro but can't access chat:
Verify the Pro subscription is active in Settings.
Use the Restore Purchases option.
Check your internet connection.
If you are seeing ads while using the AI Explanation feature:
Check your subscription status in Settings. It may have expired.
If it's active, use the Restore Purchases option.
Force close and reopen the app.
Verify you are signed in with the correct account.
(Note: Free users can access 10 free explanations, after which ads are displayed.)
This is typically due to device settings restricting background app activity.
Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Ultimate Reviewer App → Battery. Select Unrestricted or Don't optimize and enable Background activity.
iOS: Go to Settings → General → Background App Refresh. Enable this for the Ultimate Reviewer app.
Your progress (flashcards, quiz scores, stats) is synced to the cloud. Note that Chat conversations and the active timer state do not sync.
Verify Same Account: Ensure you are logged in with the identical account on both devices (Settings → Account Email).
Check Internet: Both devices need an active internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended).
Force Sync: Pull down on the home screen to refresh, or go to Settings → Sync Now.
Sign Out/In: Sign out on the device with the sync issue, then sign back in and wait for the data to download.
Update Both Devices: Make sure both devices have the latest app version.
The "Review Quiz" feature, which lets you see missed questions and correct answers, is a Premium/Pro feature only.
Free users will see an upgrade prompt.
If you are Premium/Pro and it's not working:
Verify your subscription is active in Settings.
Use Restore Purchases.
Update the app to the latest version.
Q: Is the app free?
A: Yes, the core app is free with ads. Our Premium and Pro subscriptions (₱99 or ₱999/month) remove ads and unlock additional features.
Q: Do I need internet to use the app?
A: The app is mostly online-capable:
Works Offline: Flashcards (Premium/Pro only), Pomodoro timer, and viewing results for completed quizzes a
Requires Internet: The AI Chat feature, build your confidence quizzes, viewing AI explanations, and initial login.
Q: Can I use the app on multiple devices?
A: Yes! You can sign in with the same account on up to 2 devices. Account sharing is not permitted. For more information, please see our Terms of Use.
Q: What exam does this app cover?
A: Please go to the Home section to find the supported examinations.
Q: How many flashcards should I study per day?
A: The app automatically schedules cards based on the SM-2 spaced repetition algorithm. Most users review 20–50 cards daily. Focus on honest ratings, as quality is more important than quantity.
Q: What is the difference between "Good" and "Easy" ratings?
A:
Good: You remembered the answer correctly but had to think about it (standard interval progression).
Easy: You remembered instantly without effort (applies a bonus 1.3× interval multiplier).
Q: What does "Mastered" mean?
A: A card is considered mastered when it reaches a 21+ day review interval, has a high ease factor (≥ 2.5), has been successfully reviewed four or more times, and has been in your rotation for at least 14 days.
Q: Does Cram Mode affect my progress?
A: No. Cram Mode is for quick review only and does not update your spaced repetition data or affect your study streak. Use it for last-minute exam prep.
Q: Can I retake quizzes?
A: No, but you can review your answers with AI explain.
Q: Are quiz questions from real exams?
A: Questions are carefully modeled after real exam formats and cover all official topics, but they are not actual, leaked exam questions.
Q: Why can't I review my quiz answers?
A: The detailed Review Quiz mode is a Premium/Pro feature. Free users can only see the overall results screen after completing a quiz.
Q: How do I see correct answers after a quiz?
A: Free users see a list with ✅/❌ indicators on the results screen. Premium/Pro users can tap "Review Quiz" to see all questions with full, step-by-step explanations.
Q: Can I change the timer durations?
A: Yes! Tap the settings icon on the timer screen to adjust:
Work: 15–45 minutes
Short break: 3–10 minutes
Long break: 15–60 minutes
Q: What happens if I close the app during a session?
A: The timer continues running in the background on Android only. You'll receive a notification when the work session completes. The mini timer overlay also stays visible if you navigate to other app features. Note: Background timer functionality is not supported on iOS.
Q: Do breaks count toward my study statistics?
A: No. Study statistics show "focus time," which only counts completed work sessions.
Q: Why can't I access the chat?
A: The Chat with Mayari AI feature requires a Pro subscription (₱999/month). It is not available with the free or Premium (₱99/month) tiers.
Q: What file types can I upload to the chat?
A: You can upload:
Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP (10MB max)
Documents: PDF, DOCX, PPTX (50MB max)
Q: How many messages can I send?
A: Pro users have unlimited message and question capabilities.
Q: Do chat conversations sync between devices?
A: No. Chat conversations are stored locally only on the device you used and do not sync across devices.
Q: Is Premium a one-time purchase or a subscription?
A: All plans are auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or annual billing). They are not one-time purchases.
Q: What's the difference between Premium and Pro?
A:
Premium (₱99/month): Ad-free, offline flashcards, unlimited AI explanations, and Review Quiz mode.
Pro (₱999/month): Includes all Premium features plus unlimited access to the Chat with Mayari AI.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are strictly managed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You must request a refund through their respective platforms within their refund windows (usually 48 hours).
Q: If I buy on Android, does it work on iOS?
A: No. Purchases are platform-specific due to Google and Apple restrictions. You would need to purchase a subscription separately on each platform.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A:
Android: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Ultimate Reviewer App → Cancel.
iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Ultimate Reviewer App → Cancel Subscription.
