XenonLabs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the "Ultimate Reviewer Series App" mobile application. Personal Information: When you sign in for an account, we collect your name and email address.

iOS Devices: Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)

- Only collected after you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt

- Used to measure advertising campaign effectiveness via TikTok Events SDK

- You can deny this permission and the app will continue to work normally

Android Devices: Android Advertising ID

- Automatically collected unless you reset or opt out in your device settings

- Used for advertising attribution and campaign measurement

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version
Usage Events: App installs, in-app purchases
Network Information: IP address
Transaction Information: When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To Provide and Personalize the Service: Your name is used for personalization within the App (e.g., "Hello, [Name]") and to track your progress. Your email address is used for account-related notifications.
To Improve the App: We use your name, progress data, and device ID for analytics to help us understand how users interact with the App and to improve its features.
To Prevent Abuse: Your device ID is used to monitor for and prevent abuse of the service, such as unauthorized account sharing.
For Advertising: We use Google AdMob to serve personalized ads (banner and rewarded ads). These ads are targeted based on information collected by Google and its partners to be more relevant to your interests. We use Tiktok SDK to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and understand which marketing efforts lead to app installations and purchases.
Account-Related Communications: We use your email to send you important notifications about your account, such as password resets or updates.

We use the following third-party services that may collect information from you:

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze how users interact with our App. This service collects data on your use of the App, such as screens visited and session duration, to help us improve the user experience.
In-App Purchases: All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Your payment information is handled by them, and we do not have access to it.
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display personalized advertisements within the App. Google and its partners may collect data about your device and your interests to serve these ads.
TikTok Events SDK: We use TikTok Events SDK to measure our advertising effectiveness. This service shares the following data with TikTok:

Data Retention: TikTok retains this data according to their own privacy policy and data retention policies. We do not control how long TikTok retains this information.

Facebook App Events SDK (Meta): We use Facebook App Events SDK to measure our advertising effectiveness and understand how users discover our app. This service shares the following data with Meta (Facebook):
- - App installs and in-app purchases
  - Device identifiers (IDFA for iOS with your permission, Android Advertising ID)
  - IP address, device model, OS version, and app version
  - App events and user interactions

Meta uses this data to attribute installs to ads, measure campaign performance, optimize ad delivery, and build custom audiences.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the App. Upon deletion, your name, email, and progress data are deleted immediately.
Retained Data: We will retain a record of your purchases for legal and financial record-keeping purposes.

Access your personal information
