Background: Arjun is currently a budding designer in his final year of college at Pearl Academy. He has a deep inclination towards building and conceptualizing narrative-driven prints, and silhouettes.
Role: Setting the Creative Vision and overseeing the design process while maintaining the brand identity and its translation through marketing. He will play a key role in quality control, as well as in the formulation of marketing and sales strategies.

Background: Ishita Raina is a final-year design student at Pearl Academy. She takes pride in herself for her eye for details, and unapologetic design language. She has a deep interest in cultural narratives and storytelling. She loves embroideries and Indian crafts.
Role: She will have an integral role in the design and production stages, maintaining a constant flow through the supply chain and ensuring everything resonates with the brand identity and what Ulfat stands for. Her love for crafts helps her build genuine and cordial connections with the suppliers, artisans, and craftsmen.

Role:- manages all the operations in the logistics and supply chain side of the company. His main role is overseeing the financial and research side of things in this company

Role: He oversees store operations, manages financial services, and supervises labor efficiently. His leadership fosters productivity and smooth workflows, making him a reliable and skilled professional for managing diverse responsibilities within creative and retail environments.
