SECTION 3 - FIRST AID

When you arrive on scene first check that it is safe to start first aid.
ㅇNext look for an bleeding as that is what will kill the fastest, if you find a bleed apply immediate pressure with gauze depending on the type of injury you will treat it differently, if its a slash wound cover it in gauze and wrap tightly with a bandage.
ㅇAfter stopping the bleeding check for a pulse, if there is no pulse start immediate chest compressions and get a defibrillator ready, cut the patients shirt, and apply the defibs sticky pads, make sure everyone is clear and then shock the patient. If pulse does not return continue CPR
ㅇIf the patient is unconscious check the airway and place in recovery position.
