What will Jesus College and the accommodation be like?

You will be staying in the University of Cambridge student accommodation, in shared houses for the duration of the Workshop and Conference. You will be in single sex houses with a member of staff present. A picture of one of the houses is below for reference.

Accommodation lists will be available on the private, delegates only site when they have been finalised.

We will be staying in properties on Malcolm Street or Jesus Lane which are both just opposite the college. Please see the map below for their location.

Will I be given food during the workshop?

You will be provided with breakfast and dinner, but you will be expected to buy lunch during the projects. Don't worry, there are subsidised cafes on most sites. Please also note, lunch is provided on Monday and Friday. Breakfast is pretty filling too!

Do I get to chose which project I work on?

You can give your preference to your organising teacher and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. We ask for you to rank the projects in order of preference and will do our best to accommodate a top 1 or 2 for all participants.
