4. Now it's time to learn something new about traditional American cuisine. Research the preferences of different American states and create a menu for a traditional dinner at a cafe. Follow this instruction to organise your teamwork.

- your collective glossary

- materials on the topic to find additional vocabulary items if needed

- any dictionary you prefer.

- the following rules for syncwine writing:

· 1^st line: Your topic in 1 word (noun)

· 2^nd line: Description in 2 words (adjectives)

· 3^rd line: 3 verbs related to the topic

· 4^th line: describe your attitude to the topic in one phrase.

· 5^th line: sum-up the idea in 1 word (= synonym for the word in the 1^st line)

2) Publish your cinquain in forum.

3) Choose 1 cinquain that you find special and comment it answering the following questions: What made you choose this cinquain? What attracted your attention? In what way is it different from your own?
