• Registration Opens: 12:00, Wed, 7th April 2027

• Conference School Begins: 13:00, Wed, 7th April 2027

• Main Conference Begins: 9:00, Thu, 8th April 2027

• Conference Concludes: 15:00, Fri, 9th April 2027

Presentation Formats

• Oral Presentations: 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A

• Keynote Presentations: 25 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A

• Plenary Presentation: 45minutes + 15 minutes Q&A

• School presentation 40minutes + 20 minutes Q&A

All presentations will run on Windows operating systems. Please ensure your PowerPoint files (.pptx) are fully compatible, including embedded videos and multimedia, fonts and formatting, and color schemes.

Note: If you created your presentation on macOS or another operating system, please test compatibility before the conference.
