Registration

At least one author of every accepted paper must register for the conference to present the paper and for it to be included in the proceedings. Each conference registration can be associated with only one paper. During registration, the attendee must provide the paper ID they are representing. Attendees not associated with a paper should select "N/A" for this field.

Registration Fees

Early Bird registration (until 31 January 2027):

• Students: £325  (an official proof of enrolment must be emailed to ukacm2027@glasgow.ac.uk)

• Delegates: £475

Standard registration (after 31 January 2027):

• Students: £350  (an official proof of enrolment must be emailed to ukacm2027@glasgow.ac.uk)

• Delegates: £525

•  Accompanying person: £200

Registration fee for Delegates and Students includes:

• Admission to the full conference programme

• Printed conference programme and digital Conference Proceedings

• Tea/Coffee breaks as per Conference Schedule

• Lunches as per Conference Schedule

• Welcome Reception on Wednesday 7th April 2027

• Conference Dinner on Thursday 8th April 2027

Registration fee for an Accompanying person includes:

• Welcome Reception on Wednesday 7th April 2027

• Conference Banquet on Thursday 8th April 2027

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to the secretariat (ukacm2027@glasgow.ac.uk), and they will be processed according to the following policy. 

• In case of a refund request for a bank transfer payment, the handling fee (£50) will be deducted from the refund. Refund payments will be made after the conference.

  •  Cancellation before February 7, 2027: Full refund

  •   Cancellation before and including March 15, 2027: 50% refund

  •   Cancellation after March 15, 2027: No refund (Including no-shows in the conference)
