Guidelines
The UKACM2027 conference welcomes the latest advancements in computational methods across applied sciences and engineering. We are particularly interested in proposals for Mini-Symposia that explore emerging areas, enriching the scope of applications.
Here are the guidelines for proposing and organising Mini-Symposia:
Each Mini-Symposium comprises a minimum of one 90 mins session, accommodating six presentations of 15 minutes each. It should be a mixture of academics, postdoc and PhD students.
The number of sessions for a Mini-Symposium is determined by the number of accepted presentations. It cannot be divided into parallel sessions.
A Keynote Talk session is permissible for every full session. If the keynote talk is included, the whole session will be a 30-minute keynote talk followed by four 15-minute standard presentations.
Two Invited Talk sessions are permissible for every full session. Each invited talk session will last 15 minutes as well.
Every Mini-Symposium designates a Corresponding Organiser who acts as the liaison with the Conference Secretariat. The Mini-Symposium organisers may also speak as part of their respective Mini-Symposium. You are also welcome to ask one or more co-organisers to assist you in these tasks.
