The University of Iowa Pre-Physician Assistant Club aims to inform Pre-PA or Pre-Health undergraduate students about the Physician Assistant profession. This club provides resources to enhance students resumes and how to become a well-rounded applicant for Physican Assistant school.

What is a Physician Assistant?
Physician Assistant/Physician Assoicates are licensed clinicians who practice medicine in every speciality at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare setting. PAs are able to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication. PAs are dedicated to expanding access to care and transforming health and wellness through patient-centered, team based medical practice.
